The interview process consisted of four rounds in total.
The first round was an online assessment. The second round was problem-solving/DSA-based. The technical round was based on my resume, followed by a hiring manager round. The entire process took one month. The interviewers were nice.

Pros: Most of the work is not challenging. There are some teams that do exciting work, but at least in Cisco India, those kinds of teams are very limited. The salary is not up to the market standard.
Cons: Promote innovation.
Since the workload is not a lot, you can focus on your side projects.
