There are two rounds of phone interviews. The on-site portion has two rounds. Each interview is half an hour long. Questions range from big-endian to driving programming and troubleshooting. These questions are not very tricky and do not involve brain teasers. The director will interview engineers in the final round. Responses are usually received within 2-3 days.
