Software Engineer (New Grad) Interview Experience - Ottawa, Ontario
Process
Coding challenge, tech screen with hiring manager (30 minutes), then a technical interview (2 x 1 - 1.5 hours).
I then ended up having a third technical interview (usually there aren't three) for another 1-1.5 hours and was ghosted.
I'm disappointed in that, as I put a lot of time into the interview process for them to not even email back.
