Pros: The people care about the work they do. They take mentorship seriously, and I've built some great connections with engineers I look up to.
Cons: It is a large company, so you can get cases of bureaucracy, but it depends on what kind of work you do. Usually, smaller engineering teams can move fast.

Pros: Benefits are awesome (though unlimited PTO is an annoying scam).
Cons: WLB depends on your BU and team. Generally decent, but with the recent layoffs, it's become pretty chaotic. Career advancement opportunities are pretty good, but pay is mid to poor. Stock performance has been pretty bad, which hasn't helped.

Cons: The hybrid and remote situation makes team interaction feel less engaging. Nobody had their camera on ever.
