Pros: Opportunities to move between groups depending on skill set, merit-based bonus, good healthcare, 401K and ESPP plans.
Gym, healthcare, and childcare facilities are available if you are interested.
Cons: Depending on the group, you may be in a fast-paced business where you learn a lot of stuff, work on really good technology, and get to execute great projects, or end up in a place with a lot of inertia.

Great to work with; highly depends on the team

Pros: I have a great relationship with my manager, so my time here is amazing.
Team works like a startup, so there's plenty to do.
Manager encourages flexible hours, as long as you get the job done.
Cons: Not always working on the sexiest products. Internal promotions are hard to get approved, even if you're a top performer. Compensation is a little on the lower end. Lots of politics above manager level in my org.
