Process
I applied online and received an OA (Online Assessment) the next day at 1 PM.
It stated that the OA needed to be completed within the next 15 days. I was considering completing it the following day after some research and practice.
However, I received an email at 3 PM the same day stating that they would not be moving forward with my application.
I am very confused and disappointed.
Questions
I didn't even open the assessment.

- 5.0Great Work-Life BalanceSoftware Engineer • Current EmployeeBengaluru, Karnataka, IndiaJanuary 26, 2022Pros: Lots of resources for learning. Good culture is easily visible.Cons: None that I am aware of.
- 3.0Good place to learn and leaveSoftware Engineer • Current EmployeeBengaluru, Karnataka, IndiaFebruary 16, 2019Pros: 1. Flexibility is given to employees to work and complete projects in time. 2. Market leader in networking with great innovation and technologies to learn and work. 3. High-profile customers, but you need to be technically solid to handle them. 4. Add-on world-class campus.Cons: 1. Low salaries compared to the rest of the networking companies. HR is mostly inactive here, as no actions are taken to correct salaries to market standards. Sometimes, a hike can take 3-4 years to happen. Because of these issues, good people leave. 2. Lots of work, even on weekends, so work-life balance is a myth in some BUs. 3. Lots of reorgs. You might be working under one manager one day and might be working under another after a few days. It becomes difficult to settle at one team.
