Pros: Cisco Systems is a big brand and has an amazing culture. The flexible timings, working from home option, and less work burden make it an ideal place to maintain a work-life balance. Though it doesn't have many additional benefits (perks), the campus is amazing, and I really enjoyed my stay there.
Cons: Since Cisco is a big company, the growth opportunities are very less. The review cycle is not very effective, and the overall salary and other benefits are comparatively low.
