Software Engineer Interview Experience - Vancouver, British Columbia

Process

I applied online for the position. I received a phone call from a hiring manager, and we spoke about my current role and what his team does for about 30 minutes. Following that, I was invited for an on-site interview. There were four interviews, each lasting one hour. Most of them were non-technical. I had to discuss my current role repeatedly, four times. The questions I was asked were quite easy.

I never heard from them again. I had to log in to the Cisco website to see that they would not be considering me for this position. It's too bad I didn't receive a call or at least an email after investing four hours; that's the minimum they could do.
