I had a short, one-hour interview on campus after meeting the recruiters at a career fair. They took a very long time to get back to me after the interview, even after informing me that I had passed the first round. Ultimately, I received a generic email stating that there were no more positions available.

Pros: Work is exciting, but I think that probably depends on the team. People make good connections there. I made friends during my four-month co-op term. My manager is really into his job, and I feel motivated by him.
Cons: Kanata is somehow inconvenient for a co-op student who doesn't have a car.
