Pros: Pays well. Excellent benefits and lots of perks (including a local gym). High integrity. Very flexible (work from home at times).
Cons: Constant layoffs. The company is going through a transformation, and several people have been laid off over the last few years.
Managers do not work as hard and keep their jobs. Engineers are usually those that end up being laid off.
