Pros: - Supportive team - Good perks - Ability to try out different things

Cons: Your experience varies greatly team by team.

Pros: The office was nice and most teammates were helpful and collaborating. Good perks at the office: * Flexible hours

Cons: Entitled manager who thinks that he owns the company. He was always trying to scare us with layoffs to make us work much harder with no compensation; he used fear instead of support. TOXIC. Zero regards to human life. Work was never appreciated, even if we worked 65 hours a week, with zero recognition and raises. I was treated like I was getting paid 1 million dollars annually, but my salary was even below average. So I don't know why they think they're paying their engineers well. If you calculate it based on 65 hours a week instead of 40 (officially), you get minimum wage. Keep that in mind. I got another job with better pay, thank God.

Pros: The work ambiance is nice, with tons of space etc. Free goodies in the kitchen were nice to have, but nothing amazing.

Cons: Very paternalistic corporate management style. Serious lack of people diversity in R&D (everyone is Indian, I thought I was in Bangalore). People are very selfish – they will not help you. Work-life balance is so out of whack you might as well start your own business if you are putting in so many hours. You will do better. In general, networking is so old and boring. I just did not feel passionate about the technology. It's really difficult to get interested. Everyone is scared they may get laid off the next day.
