I initially received a call from HR after they expressed interest in my resume on Monster. I then had a face-to-face interview focused on technical aspects of Software Testing, with questions mostly related to my resume.

First round: Technical (conducted by an engineer from the hiring project who was available at the time). Second round: Managerial, with some non-technical questions to assess personality and work ethics.

Overall, the process took two weeks.

Be ready with whatever you have put on your resume. Know the tools and technologies you've listed well. Most questions will be asked spontaneously, based on your resume and what you say.
