Great work culture
Good opportunities for growth
Flexibility to move into different teams.
Cons: Conversion from Read Badge to Blue Badge might be a problem. It depends entirely on the team manager.

Pros: Good environment, nice infrastructure and facilities. The cultural environment is also good.
Cons: Shift hours don't provide flexibility of work. Work from home is a big problem, as generally it is customer-oriented work, and calling customers while working from home becomes difficult.

Pros: Learn new concepts every day.
The people at Cisco are so friendly, and there is no hierarchical gap.
Cons: Hard to gulp, but I have had no cons in Cisco until now.
