There is no such kind of process. I received a call from Cisco and scheduled the interview. However, at the scheduled time, I was just waiting for the call. After that, there was no further communication or reply to any email from Cisco. I am not sure if it was really Cisco or not, because I can't believe such behavior from Cisco India.
