Pros: Cisco Systems is a big brand and has an amazing culture. The flexible timings and working from home option are available. There is a good medical policy and yearly free health checkups.
Cons: Lot of work. You will end up working more than 15 to 16 hours a day.
Low salary. Promotions are difficult, with very little pay raises and RSUs. Only key people get all the benefits.
