Pros: Work-life balance is good if and only if you are lucky enough to manage a good compensation package.
Cons: Self-centrist management who just cares about their goals. There is no value for you or the work you do at the end of the day.
It's always a friends and family affair whenever appraisals or hikes happen.
Heaven and hell difference between parent Cisco BU and this BU.
