The first interview was a 5-minute phone screening confirming availability and interest. The interviewer sent me a rough outline of what the second interview would be like.
The second interview was with a Solution Architect to gauge technical prowess.
I bombed the second interview; it was my fault entirely. The gentleman interviewing me was incredibly kind. He even suggested different roles within the organization that would be a better fit and gave me feedback on the spot.
