Pros: You're encouraged to apply for different jobs within the company. They highly support continuous learning, with many online learning resources paid for by Cisco. There's great support regarding work/life balance.
Cons: It is very difficult to advance once you reach the senior level. The same goes with pay. You know it when you hit the ceiling.
