I received an email from HR after applying and clearing a written test.
This was followed by two rounds of face-to-face technical interviews:
- The first round was with a QA engineer.
- The second was with a Manager.
Finally, the offer was made after an HR round.

Cons: While you can consider Cisco a large company, it does have small divisions, and depending on what you do, you may not see much outside of your department.
Industry is still volatile at the moment.
They just got rid of paid time off for interns.
