Pros

Great people until last year. Great innovations and products. Good brand. Middle management.

Cons

Since the new CEO, Cisco is looking to reinvent themselves by going to a larger but less expensive sales team. They are lowering job grades and base salaries, looking to surf on branding versus experience and more expensive sales reps.

Advice to Management

Do not take customers for granted.
