The people and the ability to work in a hybrid manner with excellent technology! I appreciate the outspoken support from Leadership on Social Justice issues and community support.
Not the most progressive in cascading Diversity & Inclusion changes throughout the organization. The ELT leads in this area but it's not felt as strongly throughout the company, and it shows when you look at our numbers.
Find more ways to share your support, stories, and values with other leaders and managers in the organization. Enterprise-wide learning on D&I issues would be a great start.
