Work-life balance is great. Good work culture.
Recently, there have been very frequent layoffs. Cisco shares are not going up; instead, they are going down or stuck (hence, low value for RSUs). The business is stagnant, and it takes a lot of processes and time to reach small features to the customer.
There has to be a revisit on how much process is too much process.
