There are no pros to working here. All you get is low pay.
Cisco offers the lowest salary to its contractors. They offer no benefits and don’t include contractors in anything. Avoid at all costs.
They will exclude contractors from events going on in the company. After the pandemic, they don’t even let contractors into offices.
Treat contractors like people, not as money-saving code monkeys.
