ELT (executive leadership) are strong leaders with courage and vision. More importantly, they are amazing human beings.
Watch out for poorly run Business Units.
Loyalty has zero value at Cisco.
Declining business units will cut people.
Once laid off, even if your skills and expertise match or exceed internal open openings, you are out of luck.
Hope Cisco realizes and improves this aspect.
