Getting worse day by day, especially the Scapa project
I do not see any pros in the Scapa project.
- Existing employees are not taken care of.
- Salary is not on par with the market. New joinees with half the experience are getting paid equally to existing employees.
- Employees are being killed in the name of the "war room." There is no trust in employees.
- Engineers are being moved to different areas every week.
- Very, very poor management.
- Trust engineers
- Take care of existing employees
- Do proper planning
