Good place for good work-life balance. Wish to have a 9-to-5 job
Flexible working options, people-friendly schemes, a good pay package, and a strong technical environment.
Promotion is hard to come by. Hikes are very less. HR is very poor. It's only for recruiting; I have not seen any employee-friendly initiatives.
Do give clear work and role definitions, and compensate & promote people as and when needed. That motivates.
