Decent tech pay for the role.
Cisco DES / IT / Engineering is the epitome of a hostile environment that stifles innovation. They keep rebranding their IT department to DES and now OneX, but don’t get rid of the middle management that makes everyone quit. There are enough engineering jobs out there - don’t subject yourself to Cisco.
If someone tells you a member of your team is “hostile” and “verbally aggressive” on a regular basis, you should probably do something about it.
