The first thing that comes to my mind about this group is: Always do the right thing for customers. This is evident in the way the backlog is prioritized, the leadership works, and the way teams interact with customers and partners.
Some of the pros I see include an emphasis on quality, freedom for teams/individuals to balance tactical tasks versus innovation, the ability to raise issues to senior management without fear of retribution, and the 360 view of everything we do, with debates leading to decisions.
Overall: Great products, awesome collaboration, a nice team, and amazing passion, all driven by the underlying practice!
