Nepotism. Favoritism. Inexperienced people promoted or parachuted into senior leadership positions. Terrible HR experience – in fact, non-existent. No family feeling despite what they say. Don't fall for it.
Leave and let someone competent take over. You guys suck like a vacuum cleaner.
