People are less motivated, possibly because of stock, and many don't go the extra mile.
The speed of change and red tape is cumbersome and frustrating.
The ability to influence and change process is hard, long, and challenging, if it happens at all.
Focus on speed and agility. Truly embrace different perspectives and thoughts; don't just talk about it.
