Still one of the best companies to work for. Stability, yet still has some edges for new things.
I noticed there are a lot of redundant teams, and too many teams/people are fighting for visibility instead of how to get things done faster. This is not a good sign.
Trim the fat and stay more focused on core business and key new areas.
