Interesting work. Some great people. I still believe in the company vision. Good pay.
Too many layoffs. Some groups are not great to employees, and management and HR don't do much to change the culture of a bad group.
Have better oversight of VPs and Sr. Directors. Without oversight, they can do whatever they want with employees' rankings and job assignments.
