Please don't continue the restructure cycle every year. Here one minute, gone the next is not what people are looking for in an employer. We need to do some damage control.

Escalation Engineer
The interviewers were so nice, and that was a great experience I had with Cisco. The interview was great and took 2.5 hours with 4 interviewers. It was my dream company, but they hired an internal Cisco employee.
Quality Assurance
It was fairly good and well organized. The team was very friendly and interactive. The interview process was smooth and finished the process in a week.
