Exposure to broad technologies, customers, etc. This will have great value in expanding your career.
The process is too complicated and time-consuming. It would be good to work on a new project; maintenance projects are not good to work on.
It has taken reorgs to new dimensions; internal politics are not worth mentioning. This is working almost like a service company now.
