Such a Great Experience
I loved how much pride Cisco takes in its intern program because I really felt like I got to make a difference.
I think the biggest con for me was simply having trouble with structure because it was a very open internship, as in, it was very free-roam-esque.
I would love a little more structure in the program, but not everyone works or learns as I do. I know some people love the open-ended style.
