Way too segregated! All software engineers are Indian, all hardware engineers are Vietnamese, and mechanical engineers are white. In my team of over 40, we're 99% Vietnamese.
POOR ENGLISH. Sure, I have bad grammar and spelling, but everyone here talks like they just came off a boat.
Hire people that know how to speak, and diversify a little!
