Flexible hours. Work from home okay. Nice campus. Free EV charger. Free snacks and coffee.
So much politics. Contractors are treated as second-class citizens by most managers. Some managers are nice, though. Hectic schedules are common when it's near release, with almost daily meetings and weekend working from home. You can't survive in the Bay Area with their pay after a large bite by the agency. Okay for fresh grads just to get experience. Maybe it's a great place to work for full-timers; at least some get bonuses depending on the BU you are in. Choose your team manager carefully. You don't want to waste your time for some managers who only want to take advantage of you. Saw a few converted to full-time only if you learn fast and work hard on weekends and holidays.
It was fairly good and well organized. The team was very friendly and interactive. The interview process was smooth and finished the process in a week.
It was a one-round interview. It was predominantly on data science and large language models. They gave me a repo of an agent framework and asked me to find the code where reward is calculated.
The first round was essentially a screening interview with the recruiter. We mostly discussed my resume, past experiences, and had a general conversation about the company and the role. The second round was more technical. It involved a deeper dive
