Well-paid, and the flexibility to work from home when necessary is great. They provide the tools necessary to be an effective employee from your home, and it definitely helps when you have a young family.
It is a large company full of lengthy processes to complete even the simplest tasks. This can be frustrating, as you feel that you are losing real-world skills to be a more productive Cisco employee.

Test Engineer
Two rounds, one in University and one on campus. The interviews are conducted by dev managers who are hiring within the team. They do a phone screen first, followed by two rounds in person.
Software Engineer
The interviewer started with questions about my previous experience and how it related to the new role. We then did a whiteboard question using a Word document. Overall, I felt rushed.
