Salary level is good.
Very advanced technology.
Good personnel and co-workers.
Working environment is excellent.
Worldwide culture; each individual is a human being.
The site in Israel lacks opportunities for promotion and new roles.
Cisco doesn't have any new roles to offer or promote.
I don't think Cisco Management needs further advice. They just need to start and decide objectives more decently and fairly.
