Good technical work on projects. It's a great learning experience with most highly knowledgeable folks and experts on subjects.
Too much unplanned work and no work-life balance. Managers don't allocate work properly; few employees are loaded for 14 hours a day, and a few work 4-7 hours a day. It's really pathetic, and managers just don't bother listening to reportees about any problems. It adds a lot of stress working 12-14 hours daily.
