Working is not too much pressure, but career growth may be limited as a mechanical engineer
- Freedom and no micro-management.
- Workload is just right.
- Paid time off.
- Good benefits for full-time employees.
Not all people are friendly and easy to deal with. A mechanical engineer in a software/electrical firm is not going to thrive.
Improving work atmosphere, some employees may not be very motivated.
