Pros

Encourage innovative ideas and diversity, and provide kinds of training.

Cons

Very hard to get promoted. "Equal opportunity" is not substantially implemented: directors would like to hire people externally but not people in their own team in order to have as many team members as possible (since the rack of the replacement is not approved sometime).

Directors care about their own profit more than the company culture and the development of the employees.
