You will get to do everything: server setup, coding, write dirty code if you like because nobody will understand it.
You can test your patience while replying to technical queries which are coming from egoistic people.
You will forget all your life problems because you will have only work, no life. :)
You finished everything early, so you spent day and night working. Employees were misled about project delivery and were made to work more than 12 hours. Coding without learning. Managers are not very technical people, so technical people are harassed and won't be able to convince managers of their points of view.
Management cares about project delivery and quality.
