The promotion system encourages people to speak more than work.
Too much politics in general, as expected from a big company. Decisions have typically been made based on job security for individuals. There is no leadership. A bunch of people just want to survive.
Toxic peer-review system, tunnel vision, finger-pointing, the team is badly organized, and the team is weak. Not for fresh grads, but for people taking it as a last job before retirement.
