Solid Skills, Confusing Cloud Strategy
Strong networking history.
Has some strengths in security, conferencing (Webex), and AppDynamics/Splunk.
Too many layoffs year after year. Could not figure out a cloud strategy in 10+ years. Did not have a good strategy for networking competition (e.g., Arista). Became very top-down and management-driven over the years.
