Good company discounts, etc.
Horrible working environment. It resembles a sweatshop.
You will be shoulder to shoulder with 5 people, constantly yapping and talking on their phones. Inflexible management does not care about their employees.
Get rid of the ridiculous open-plan environment for folks that need privacy. You will lose high-caliber talent like me otherwise. Today, I quit because of the bad work environment.
