One of the worst companies to work for
Few times I saw pretty smart guys there, which was a miracle.
Inadequate everything: management, processes, hiring, and competency levels. You name it.
Continue to cut down costs and stop hiring friends. I've seen that a lot. Usually, you hire ten friends and one random person who's supposed to do the work for these ten friends.
