Too many acquisitions around Cisco. They spend more time getting rid of people from the acquired companies. Focus needs to be on specific areas within Cisco to help those business areas flourish. Buying another company's technology and not their people is not a positive thing, in my opinion.
Recognize acquired employees are great at what they do. Help make them fit into the Cisco environment.
