Great place to work, a forgiving and positive environment. There's a lack of politics, at least at the engineering level. Big opportunities exist along many product lines. It's a worldly recognized company with famous products, offering lots of ways to grow and interact with people. It's an excellent place to acquire hands-on experience.
Many project aspects have a lack of responsibilities. No one wants to take responsibility, leading to loose standards, a lack of quality checks, and peer review.
Might need to toughen up a little bit on freewheelers, assign responsibilities to individuals, consistent with the goal during the project.
It was fairly good and well organized. The team was very friendly and interactive. The interview process was smooth and finished the process in a week.
It was a one-round interview. It was predominantly on data science and large language models. They gave me a repo of an agent framework and asked me to find the code where reward is calculated.
The first round was essentially a screening interview with the recruiter. We mostly discussed my resume, past experiences, and had a general conversation about the company and the role. The second round was more technical. It involved a deeper dive
