I was asked to interview with the SHL platform for the first round. The first round was an OA (Online Assessment) with questions mostly similar to LeetCode problems, but with a few modifications. I have not heard back yet regarding further rounds.

The interview was very easy. A simple online assessment was followed by a one-hour chat with the hiring manager. The hiring manager did not ask any LeetCode questions, only questions about Python and my experience with it.
